Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BBU Cleaning Work Order Management System ("System," "Service," or "Application"). By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SYSTEM.

1. Definitions

• "User" refers to any person accessing the System
• "Admin" refers to users with administrative privileges
• "Cleaner" refers to field staff members
• "Manager" refers to supervisory users
• "Work Order" refers to service requests created in the System
• "Customer" refers to service recipients managed in the System

2. User Accounts and Access

2.1 Account Creation

To use the System, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the System.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the System to:

• Create and manage work orders
• Track time and GPS locations for work
• Manage customer and cleaner information
• Generate reports and analytics
• Sync data with QuickBooks Online

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the System for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, breach, or circumvent security measures
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or malware
• Scrape, spider, or crawl the System
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Share false or misleading information
• Overload or disrupt System infrastructure

4. Data and Content Ownership

4.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the System ("User Data"), including:

• Customer information
• Work order details
• Photos and documents
• Time tracking records

By using the System, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for providing the Service.

4.2 Our Intellectual Property

The System, including its code, design, features, and trademarks, is owned by BBU Cleaning and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

5. QuickBooks Online Integration

When you connect to QuickBooks:

• You authorize us to access your QuickBooks company data via Intuit's OAuth 2.0
• We will sync work orders, customers, and invoices as configured
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data synced to QuickBooks
• You can disconnect QuickBooks integration at any time via System Settings
• QuickBooks is subject to Intuit's terms: https://www.intuit.com/legal/

6. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The System is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties (Cloudflare, Intuit, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BBU Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or third-party failures
• You acknowledge that no system is 100% secure

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBU Cleaning from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the System
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Unauthorized access to your account

9. Data Backup and Loss

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data. We are not liable for data loss due to:

• User error (accidental deletion, etc.)
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Stop using the System and request account deletion
• By Us: Immediately if you violate these Terms

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after a grace period.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
